My neighbor (bless her) is/has been for the most part as quiet as a mouse. HOWEVER, when she wants my attention she gets quite noisy!?! I no longer react to her cues. Call, text, knock on the door or something if you want my attention. Otherwise, you gonna wear yourself out up there.
