Yesterday

… I went to bed with what I think was kidney pain. All night long I wouldn’t move because of it. I had Core water during the day. I wonder if this is why I stopped drinking it. I also did a little work in the livingroom. Bending twisting pulling pushing involved. Made chicken noodle soup too. Did I over do it? I’ll take something for the pain with breakfast. Oh, I did dance a little and was barefoot part of the day which is a no no. A day or two before I was very gassy. AND a few days before it all my ears were ringing nonstop for a couple of days. I’ve been eating lots of sugar. Smarties, koolaid.

Girl, you could have lost your job, and a number of other things, first thing Monday morning, November 10, 2025. Though I’d never do that to you, the world is full of people who would. You must work hard(er) on who YOU are on the inside since it’s inevitable that it’ll show up on the outside … much like it did on November 09, 2025 … at the Assembly Hall, when you approached me … speaking of work related issues regarding a member of your establishment … that have absolutely nothing to do with me. I don’t work there nor am I a member. I’m assuming there would be some sort of confidentiality agreement that you would be well aware of that you quite clearly violated and appeared to be proud in doing so. Look, I don’t want any trouble with you OR from you. But know this, you’ve seriously misjudged me for someone/something that I am not. You could’ve/should’ve handled your frustrations differently, without taking matters into your own hands. You’ve made ‘your’ problem a problem for ‘me’. That wasn’t kind and it wasn’t necessary.
