…I learned a few minutes ago my Dr. has ‘quit’ me. I opened mail from her office dated April 2025 to inform me. I knew it was coming.

… hip feeling much better today! It was doing so well yesterday that I went out by myself & did well. The day before that I needed help, asked for it & received it. It has been tough … but I got lots of paper torn up. It’s ridiculous how much mail & papers I’ve been holding on to for upwards of 15 years. NEVER NO MORE.
