So Sick
… last night … all night & a good part of the day. Blood pressure up (ELDIII) & upper digestive stuffs. I will not go there again. My scalp was sooooo sensitive to the touch/unusual sleepiness/feeling outside of myself. Learn to & practice taking care of myself.
