In My Dreams
… did I mention that night before last I dreamt that I’d had a baby? A whole baby. No one wanted to catch the baby when he/she came out. At the last second a man in the room caught him/her with his finger & gave him/her to me. I don’t know if it was a boy or girl. It was fully dressed/wrapped up. I just knew I needed to wake up fast because there was no way I was sticking around for that kinda foolishness.

What aspects of your cultural heritage are you most proud of or interested in?
My paternal great great great grandparents were enslaved. As was most everyone around them. What they were most likely unaware of was life as they knew it was not all there is. Soon they will stand up again to a righteous new world free of mistreatment & those who mistreat. They too will welcome back their loved ones by means of resurrection! Life will then & forever be grand! Come & see!
