… yesterday a masked man knocked on my door claiming to be maintenance asking if my basement was flooded. Told me someone else called to say so but from the other side of the building. Asked if he could come in to get to the basement. Claims that he has a key to get into the basement but left it at home. Asks me to go into the basement to check. Then today the property manager/owner starts all over again this EVENING.WHO got time for this here foolishness? Not me.
