What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
… said feeling(s) upon approach. If I can avoid it all together, I will. If I must, let it ‘land’ (mentally, heart, lap), I’ll decide, & for how long. Some negative feelings I ‘have’ to sit with & allow them to run their course. When the time comes, & it will come, I wave them goodbye. For good.

… that something seriously needs to be done about a certain situation, ain’t no way around it, it can’t wait another day & can’t nobody else do it but me … carefully respectfully truthfully meaningfully permanently.
